Yes. Machine wash it at 30°C using a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Do not use bleach or tumble dry; allow the rug to air dry completely.
Which floors are compatible?
The rug works on hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl and carpeted floors. We recommend using a rug pad or corner grippers on very smooth surfaces for additional stability.
Can I use a robot vacuum?
Yes. Its low-profile 4–5 mm construction is suitable for most robot vacuums. Make sure the rug is completely flat before running the vacuum.
How long does delivery take?
Production usually takes 1–3 business days. Shipping normally takes another 3–9 business days depending on the destination, with an estimated total delivery time of 6–12 days.
Can I return my order?
Standard rugs may be returned within 14 days when unused and kept in their original condition. Personalized and custom-made designs cannot be returned.
Can you create a custom design?
Yes. A custom rug can be created using a clear photograph of your own car. Custom orders are reviewed before production so the important details can be confirmed.
Will the colors fade?
